My Role
As the Lead designer responsible for multiple platforms, I enhanced the user experience and differentiated Workbean from competitors.
I played a vital role in developing a diverse range of features, strategizing the freemium, standard, and premium versions, and shaping the value proposition and pricing strategy. I bridged the gap between employer SaaS and job seeker social platforms, enabling seamless data exchange. Through rebranding, I revitalized Workbean's brand and created responsive designs for web and mobile platforms. I also transformed survey data into visually compelling representations, enabling stakeholders to gain valuable insights.
Project
Brief
The project involved the development of Workbean SaaS, a fully automated employer branding software. The goal was to create a product that guides companies throughout their employer branding journey, disrupts traditional consultancy services, and enables fast and easy identification, analysis, and effective showcasing of their culture.
Additionally, Workbean aimed to provide a platform for job seekers and professionals to access company cultural insights projected by employers through the Workbean SaaS platform.
Lastly Revamp Workbean's brand and visual elements with a modern, mature design while still reflecting its identity of fun and youthful brand.
PROBLEM
Workbean's distinct competitive edge lies in its dedication to delivering real-time insights on company culture to job seekers and professionals. However, a notable challenge arises in fostering sustained engagement and utilization of the interface among recruiters and employers, particularly after they have established their company culture page.
DESIGN
DECISIONS
Understand the specific needs and desires of employers, employees, and job seekers on Workbean.
• What are the goals employers hope to achieve through the platform?
• How can employees contribute to building their company culture?
• What job seekers are interested in seeing and obtaining?
By combining insights, a solution was developed to address individual requirements without creating overwhelming products. Filtering the features and solutions ensures coherence and alignment among all parties involved. Additionally, studies were conducted on the current market and competitors to understand the main features that set Workbean apart and to analyze trends and successful features from leading apps.
